Check out this cute video of Thomas. Sorry there isn't any sound. Our camera is old school. It was taken a few months ago, but we love it, and are always impressed with how brave he is by just stepping off onto the slide. He loves going down by himself.
Some Good Comfort Food
Nolans sister Holly gave me this recipe, and I loved it, then I made it for my sister and she loved it and requested that I post it to share for all.
Tomatino Soup
2 large garlic cloves
1 onion
3 Chicken breasts, sliced
16 oz. of fresh salsa
2 14 oz. cans of white hominey
2 14 oz. cans of yellow hominey
1 lb. of tomatinoes chopped
1 Tb. Cumin
49 1/2 oz. of chicken broth
Fry garlic and onions together. Cook and slice the chicken breasts. Put all of the ingredients together in large sauce pan, and bring to boil. Serve with Avocadoes, cheese, rice, tortilla chips, and sour cream! SO GOOD I usually put half in a container and freeze it. Very healthy enjoyable soup.

Hello! I can't believe Thomas goes down by himself, how brave of him. I watched the video over and over. Sounds like you guys had a good trip for Thanksgiving. I'm happy to be back home but excited to leave again in a couple of weeks. Love you guys, Jill
What a crazy kid!! I'm glad you caught that on camera. I'll have to try the recipe. Except what the heck is hominey?? Sounds southern. My Thai recipe is embarassing! Don't tell my mom, but I got those little packets in the Asian section and it tells you what to do on the back. The exact one I got was Chicken in Red Curry sauce. It's so good. You just have to chop up green and red peppers and do a few little things and wa la!!!

How cute is Thomas? I loved that video. AND your fun decorations! I totally feel your relief and glee about having internet at your house. Jeff and I finally stopped going to the library in June for the internet and my life has been so much more fulfilling :)
