Things that make me Smile

Thursday was the worst day of snowfall and Nolan was out there shoveling a spot for the Corolla on the street, and shoveling behind some of the older peoples cars in our complex. All of the sudden I no longer hear the shovel, so I look outside to see my man jumping backwards and rolling around in a huge snow pile he had made. He's still a young boy at heart.
Nolan came home from his trip to Virginia with some great goals for the new year, and one is to read to the kids everyday for 15 minutes, and let me have 30 minutes all to myself. Wahoo!
Things that make me nervous/frown...

are we going to make it home for Christmas??

what a cute pic of No-Lan and the kidos. And WOW about that snow. I went running the other day with no sweatshirt! I'd like a little snow to remind me it's actually winter. Good luck on making it home. Be safe if you do head out!!

Nolan is just like Darin, A SUPER GREAT DAD! Right now it's a blizzard outside and Darin is out with the boys building a snow fort in a drift. They never grow up! I hope you make it for Christmas too. Jenny and Nate are snowed in here today, hopefully they can go tomorrow.
