Day Five

I am a girl who loves a good schedule! Thomas has taken after me a bit. Every morning he wants oatmeal. Even if we make pancakes and give him some, he still wants and will eat a full bowl of oatmeal afterward.

In December Thomas started doing speech therapy twice a week. It has been really good to get us on a schedule each week, and gets our mornings off to a good start. Thomas gets one on one attention from Teacher Black, and loves it. She is so fun and she makes him work hard without him realizing it while they're playing games. I sit behind a partition so I can listen and Grace and I play little games during the therapy. Often they are laughing so hard they get a little off task during it, and Thomas is enjoying all the new games and attention. The best part is I really think it's working and I'm getting good tips. So I'm happy we're making progress.

We've also taken him out of the preschool he was doing last year and I've started one up with 3 other moms in town and we rotate houses each week. It's been great, and the kids do so well together. Thomas loves it. This is from yesterdays class, we were missing one little girl.Lately Thomas has three little sayings lately that I, you know, love...
"You're the best mom ever!" -he'll get whatever he wants when he says that one!
"Mom, my belly's not full." -Meaning, I'm hungry.
"Oh I like that one, it's my favorite" -says this when referring to EVERYTHING!

That's the end of this year's love fest. This posting everyday is hard. Thanks for sharing in the things I love. RaeAnn commenting on all five posts is impressive. Be on the lookout for something you'll love in your mailbox.

Until next Valentines Day Week!

Oh I wish we lived closer and our kids could be friends. He seems like such a sweet boy. I LOVE getting out and about early/on a schedule. It doesn't always happen, but if we hit the gym early, or do an errand, I feel like the rest of my day is so much more productive.

Kaleb has to have oatmeal every morning too! And we thrive on our daily routine. That's cool about the speech therapy. Grace is so cute in the video. Kaleb thought it was funny. It's not fair about her hair! Eliza's is always a mess!
