Midweek Meal

Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup onion
1 garlic clove
2 cups cottage cheese
1 Jar of Prego traditional sauce
1/2 cup parmesan
3 cups (12 oz) mozzarella
8 oz boiled lasagna noodles



Directions:
Brown hamburger, minced garlic, and onions together. Add Prego. Place boiled noodles in 9 X 13 dish. Mix rest of ingredients in separate bowl. LAYER noodles, cheese, meat, noodles cheese meat. ETC. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

Okay..this looks good. I have to ask, are the pics you put up of your meals actual photographs of the ones you make? Because they look awesome. Even when my food tastes good, it never looks that good!

How was Nolan's trip to Denver? It stinks being home alone, huh? Bryan is gone this week in St. Louis and it is boring here by myself and I always get scared at night. Any word on jobs?

Well, you know I am not a lasagna fan (I know what? really?, yes it's true) but I have made it for other and like it best when I put a layer of fresh basil in the mix. So yummy! What happened to your other recipe??? Answer me Harper!

That looks great I love lasagna! I am wondering about Emily's question as wellare those your pictures of the food (hey could you tell Emily that she needs to add me to her blog I still can't see hers)? Also I loved the wedding pictures they are gorgeous you look beautiful. The sunset one is amazing too.

I love new recipes to try, and yours all look fabulous. I'm horrible at cooking during the work week, but intend to do a lot of cooking over the summer, so I can't wait to try all your recipes!
