Wahoo, the olympic games!

What will we be doing tonight? WATCHING THE OPENING CEREMONIES. I love the summer Olympic events. Nolan and I have been so excited to watch the Olympics, we have been talking about it for a while now, because when we found out our due date, we were like that's a month after the Olympics. It seemed so far away at the time, but is now here! Hope everyone can catch some of the opening ceremonies and that team USA does well!
Well if there was an event for the most unusual toy hider, Thomas would win. Thomas has been pretty funny about his toys lately. He has like 9 of those Cars from the movie Cars, and a few balls that he puts in piles all over the house. If I move them he gets upset with me, so his newest obsession is to put them down his shirt. I don't know if he is trying to mock my big belly, but he will play all day with them in there. This does not make me happy because it stretches his shirts, which are already too big for him, into extra larges until I was them. The other day I put him down for his nap and found 2 cars in his shirt after he'd fallen asleep. Silly kid.

That's funny and cute what Thomas does. I guess it's a safe spot where no one can steal them. We're excited to watch the olympics too. Are you feeling good? You're almost done with pregnancy! Crazy. Have fun in Boise with your family.

Thomas is quite the smartie. That is too funny, hiding his toys. I do not know where kids come up with things. The countdown is on, so you'll need to start updating us on contractions and such...Just Kidding. I can't wait for you guys!

Thomas is a funny guy! He sure seems to like organization. We too are excited for the Olympics. I'm so sad though that we missed the opening ceremony. We were at Nate's family reunion at Downata Hot Springs. I can't believe you only have a month left. It seems so unreal since we haven't seen you forever. Love you guys.

I love the olympics!! Phelps is awesome! What an athlete! My sister-in-law was an All American, and has actually beat a couple of the runners who are competing in the track events! She is anxious to see who wins. Thomas is so funny! I love the things they come up with. How are you feeling?

All we have done it seems like is watch the Olympics even on vacation we sat around the tv and watched the Olympics. I can't believe that you are due in a couple weeks crazy- you could have her any day. Best of luck. Thomas looks great with all the cars down his shirt. Boys will be boys.

hey...raeann told me you may like my homemade baby wipe recipe. it's super cheap to make and i think it does a great job. here are the ingredients:

viva paper towels
1 tsp of your favorite bath wash
1 tsp of your favorite baby oil
1 cup water

directions:
cut paper towel roll in half and pull out the cardboard liner. stuff the roll in a wipe container. microwave 1 cup water for about 2 minutes or until boiling (i suppose you could actually boil it, too). add 1 tsp of your favorite baby wash and 1 tsp of your favorite baby oil to the water and pour evenly over the roll. you will want it to sit for awhile to evenly distribute the liquid.

*make sure not to get the extra big paper towel rolls unless you adjust the liquid you're pouring over it.

*sometimes if you use the same scent of baby wash and oil it will smell funky.

hope you try it...hope it helps!
