What will we be doing tonight? WATCHING THE OPENING CEREMONIES. I love the summer Olympic events. Nolan and I have been so excited to watch the Olympics, we have been talking about it for a while now, because when we found out our due date, we were like that's a month after the Olympics. It seemed so far away at the time, but is now here! Hope everyone can catch some of the opening ceremonies and that team USA does well!Friday, August 8, 2008

How funny! What a silly boy. We are also very excited to watch the Olympics. 1 more month and you will see your little baby girl. Crazy!! Time has gone by so fast, at least to me. Have a great day. love ya
funny kid! We were walking by your old house the other day and Ella said "thomas home?" I said no he moved remember and she said "oh man!" that's when I replied I know, oh man! We miss you!
That's funny and cute what Thomas does. I guess it's a safe spot where no one can steal them. We're excited to watch the olympics too. Are you feeling good? You're almost done with pregnancy! Crazy. Have fun in Boise with your family.
Thomas is quite the smartie. That is too funny, hiding his toys. I do not know where kids come up with things. The countdown is on, so you'll need to start updating us on contractions and such...Just Kidding. I can't wait for you guys!
Oh goodness, Thomas is so funny/way cute!! I really miss him and want to see him (and his mommy) soon!
That's kinda the reason that I want kids..pure entertainment.
How funny! The opening ceromonies were pretty cool! Jake and I watched some of them.
Thomas is a funny guy! He sure seems to like organization. We too are excited for the Olympics. I'm so sad though that we missed the opening ceremony. We were at Nate's family reunion at Downata Hot Springs. I can't believe you only have a month left. It seems so unreal since we haven't seen you forever. Love you guys.
Dude I think the kid is clever! who need pockets when yourshirt is so much bigger:)
all i know is we will be frisking thomas everytime he leaves our house...just to be safe.
Oh my gosh, I can't believe your due date is coming up so soon!! YAY! And what you cute belly you have! Thomas is too cute and super smart. . . he will be such a good big bro!
Cute pics of Thomas...what a funny little guy! We are also LOVING the Olympics..we're watching some gymnastics and diving right now as I catch up on my blogging.
I love the olympics!! Phelps is awesome! What an athlete! My sister-in-law was an All American, and has actually beat a couple of the runners who are competing in the track events! She is anxious to see who wins. Thomas is so funny! I love the things they come up with. How are you feeling?
Oh my gosh that is too funny!
he is too funny!!
Ahh, I'm loving the Olympics. We missed the opening ceremonies, but caught pieces of it online. AMAZING!!
All we have done it seems like is watch the Olympics even on vacation we sat around the tv and watched the Olympics. I can't believe that you are due in a couple weeks crazy- you could have her any day. Best of luck. Thomas looks great with all the cars down his shirt. Boys will be boys.
I finally got in the office and looked at the blogs! I love them and need to look more often. It's so fun to see what you're what you're doing. Thomas is so cute with his toys! I LOVE the houses!
OK ASHLEY! When are you coming home??? We miss you guys:) Hope your having fun.
hey...raeann told me you may like my homemade baby wipe recipe. it's super cheap to make and i think it does a great job. here are the ingredients:
viva paper towels
1 tsp of your favorite bath wash
1 tsp of your favorite baby oil
1 cup water
directions:
cut paper towel roll in half and pull out the cardboard liner. stuff the roll in a wipe container. microwave 1 cup water for about 2 minutes or until boiling (i suppose you could actually boil it, too). add 1 tsp of your favorite baby wash and 1 tsp of your favorite baby oil to the water and pour evenly over the roll. you will want it to sit for awhile to evenly distribute the liquid.
*make sure not to get the extra big paper towel rolls unless you adjust the liquid you're pouring over it.
*sometimes if you use the same scent of baby wash and oil it will smell funky.
hope you try it...hope it helps!
I'm going to be SO Bummed when the Olympics end- it's been a blast watching them every night.
