Last of the holidays...

Before New Years Eve we spent about 4 nights in Malta and had a lot of fun. We played games, watched movies, ate yummy food, and spent time hanging out together as family. A couple nights we spend playing bang. It's a cowboy game so we have to get out the hats and drink some root beer. Gets us in the spirit for sure. It was a different experience not having all of Nolans siblings there, we sure missed them, but still had fun. Nolan went snowmobiling with his dad and brothers one day so us girls went to the movie Bedtime Stories and did some shopping.
Thomas wanted all the Nativity with him as he ate. He really loved spending time with his cousins. And he and Heidi followed each other all over. They're just 10 months apart. Thomas has never been one to self feed or eat much of anything for that matter, but he loved eating an apple like Heidi, and has been doing good eating them since! And then as you saw in our music video, we spent New Years in Boise. New Years Day my sister made us a great Ham dinner. I got some birthday shopping done, and we went out to eat a couple of times. Thomas broke a high chair at one restraunt and it was pretty traumatic. The manager was very concerned and apologetic, but I was too. My family told me I should have played the angry mom card, and gotten us all free dessert, and possibly some gift cards.

All of us at Goodwood. Thanks Aunt Mae.

Now we're back in Walla Walla for a while. The drive home was pretty good, but the roads got bad a couple hours before we got home. We stopped at Dairy Queen on the way home, and Thomas was staring down the girls that worked there. They were equally staring at Thomas, and gave him a free blizzard for being so cute. SCORE! When we left I told him to say bye, and he blew them all kisses. Our ladies man. We are now unpacking and enjoying our Christmas presents. Especially Wii Mario Kart, and some classic games we got off the Internet. Thanks Craig! Thanks to everyone for making time to be with us, feed us, and love us during this great time of year. Until next time...

I think you owe me 1/3 of that blizzard and Kimberly another 1/3 because we are the ones that have Thomas trained to give kisses and smile at us every time we walk in a room!

Yum, goodwood. Seriously should have got a free meal out of that one. Use your kids to get as much free stuff as you can, I'm gonna try that now!

geez you guys sure make the rounds. Thats fun when you live so far from family, but hard when you have little ones. But your kids always seem to do good... mine would be a disaster.

That is so funny that he wanted that nativity with him! What a cute boy. Stockings are easy...especially when you use felt and a glue gun. I actually sewed the stockings out of felt by getting one at the dollar store and tracing it...but everything else is glued on. They're fun. I'm sure yours will be really cute as well.

Wow! You are such a good poster. I missed playing BaNG! Oh man! That looked so fun. Nate took our kids to Bedtime Stories. Savannah wouldn't cooperate so her and I went shopping instead. I can't believe all the fun things you've been doing. Today is a hard day. Everybody went back to school and work and here I am. . . me and Savannah. She's going to drive me crazy. There's nobody to entertain here but me. The vacation is definately over.

I love all of the pictures. I'm glad you guys had a good break. The addition of the cowboy hats while playing bang is great. The song you and RaeAnn did is hilarious. I can't believe you both know all of the words. I hope you guys are doing good. Back home and back to normal life for awhile huh.

All I know is that you guys are awesome...rap and all. Also though where is Nolan's up close and personal picture? He definitely needs one, even if it's just of his nose hair or something.

hey ash,
just to answer your question... my hair was very short. For about a year I did the Victoria Beckham bob. Loved it, but Seth really likes it long.
