What's yellow and purple??
My little sisters high school colors! OH she's all grown up!
So the weekend before Nolan left for Chicago we were able to be with my family for my little sisters graduation.
The men in my life. Nolan ended up working on Memorial Day so he could take Friday off instead of Monday. So we left Orofino on Thursday for Boise.
My older brother Ben, his wife Kara, and their two kids Ruth E. and Judy Gail were there too so we had a great weekend being together, swimming, and playing games.
The actual ceremony was short due to there only being 120 people in her senior class. It was the first senior class graduating from her high school, so we liked that part, but Thomas didn't sit for any of it so we didn't like that part.

The treats were so cute! Visiting family is the best :0D
I am so glad you basically live here. Good times have been had and good ones to come!
oh thanks ashley! i think I'm aiming for most post dedicated to me...haha. but it was a way better graduation cuz i got to have you guys here, and ben and kara, and raeann and paul. I'm so lucky!
not that I know your sister, but I kind of feel like I do, and I can't believe she's graduated! WOW. That's so fun you get to see your family so often!
It seems like you have been able to spend lots of time with your family this year - good for you! Don'tcha love sisters? It seems like you guys have made the best of your time being away from home. I bet you are glad to be done with your 6 weeks stay. I hope Gracie's fingers are healing well. That looked like it hurt - poor girl :(
Looks like you guys all had a fun time. Glad you go to be there for it! By the way, I love how you do Thomas's hair!
Love the graduation cap treats. And I'm glad you are done with Orofino. Everytime I thought of you guys there I would picture that crazy old elevator at the motel. Live it up in Boise!
Those treats look fun...not sure I could pull it off. Last year I tried to make my young women a graduation cake that looked like a graduation cap. No one could tell what it was, in fact one of them informed me that it looked like I threw up on the tray. HAHA! Gotta love honesty. I'm glad you've gotten to spend so much time with your family...that is so, so good!
I love that picture of Uncle David and Kim. She's so pretty. Glad you could be there for her and be with fam. while Nolan's away. I can't believe 120 kids graduated in her class! That's like Shephered! :)
How fun that you got to be there! That's great! I love the picture below of Grace--adorable! =) What a cute family you are. I'm glad you're getting to do so many fun things while you're gone!
Congrats Kimberly! Good luck with your future! Looks like a good time!
What fun colors! My school colors were gold and crimson and when I graduated the girls had to wear the gold ones and the guys got the crimson. Now everyone just wears the crimson! Too bad for me! That's neat she got to be part of the 1st graduating class. My youngest brother just graduated too, his class was small too so it was great and we also got to see all our family and have lunch after. Isn't being with family great!
Love the treats and I love Kimberly's dress - she looks so pretty. You Bloggett girls' are smokin'! Ben and Cara are so fun! Did Ruth get a haircut?
first off--kimberly's dress is DARLING and she's BEAUTIFUL.
secondly--RAAADICAL treats.
thirdly--you rock.
