It's been almost a month since I last posted. I think my biggest reason is I have been really horrible at taking pictures. January is always my month to get caught up on the kids scrapbooks and our family one, so I am so burned out by the end of that I refuse to take any pictures. Luckily, when I am with family they manage to take some for me and I can document a little of these two months. In the last month we've just been doing our thing. I've been scrap booking, Thomas loving preschool, and Grace loving her pillow pet, she's obsessed. Nolan has a really nice work schedule since there isn't a TON to do on the farm right now until spring. So we're kind of taking it easy because I know once we have this baby things may get a little crazy.

Nolan and I took on a project 2 weeks ago to paint this old piece of furniture we were using as a tv stand that was going to get thrown out. I shouldn't say Nolan and I, mostly Nolan it was just my idea:-) So Before ...
And After, I love how it turned out... 
We also moved the nursery furniture into the bedroom, and it was beat up from so much moving lately so we've been sanding and repainting it black all that week to. I HATE SANDING :-)This last weekend we went to Boise for my niece Katie's baby blessing. My Aunt Mae was there and it's always so fun to be around her. My brother Danny and his family came and my newly engaged little sister too, so we had a great time all together. (thanks for the pictures Sarah) 
We did some cooking, wedding planning, and plenty of laughing and chatting. We are so glad for such a beautiful girl to celebrate. Thanks to Katie Ann.
The blessing was beautiful and Paul and RaeAnn are such great parents to these girls. I'm pretty impressed they could host such a group with just a one month old. My sister is amazing.

Great job on the furniture redo! Hey have you heard of Pinterest? They have lots of good ideas on there. (HAHA! Just kidding!) I'm glad you have some time to take it easy before this baby comes. Going from two to three isn't that bad.

Fun to see a picture of you where you actually look pregnant. Sometimes it is like I almost forget (not really) but since we don't see each other a lot. You are such a cute pregnant lady!! Hey Ashley! I can't believe you only have 8 weeks left. That is crazy! I love the color you painted those drawers. Grace slept until 10:45! What is that! You could have twins and handle life with a girl that sleeps like that :)
Love this post. I too am amazed at what great parents Paul and RA are. BUT, you and Nolan are wonderful TOO!!! I just love being around you, there is always fun when Ashley is there. Time just went by tooooo fast. I would so love to live closer.

Love the new TV stand. You are brave. It's good to see Nolan with a little more hair. He cracks me up! You're right, January and February are usually pretty low key. I hardly have any pictures either. Glad you are enjoying the down time.
