Okay so this is an ultra easy recipe for french dip, and I LOVE IT! So Bon Appétit!
French Dip Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 (4 lb) roast

½ cup Soy sauce
1 cup Beef broth
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp. Dried rosemary
¾ tsp. Dried thyme
½ tsp. Pepper
½ envelope Dry Italian dressing
Directions:
Put roast in Crockpot. Combine everything else and pour over roast. Add enough water to almost cover roast. Cover and cook on low heat all day until meat is tender. Shred the meat, I like it to soak in the broth. Use French bread or hoagie buns. I always like to toast my buns and put cheese on them. You can melt provolone cheese on the bread first and fry green peppers and onions. Use the broth to dip sandwiches.

Oh boy does that sound yummy! I was wondering how long it took you to find the appropriate spelling of Bon appetit? We never did figure out how to spell "touchet" (two-shae).
Mmmmm nummy. Your recipe sounds way better than mine. I get the costco roast beef in the can and just mix it up real fast. I know it's lame. This is inspiring me to try harder! Who do you want to win on American Idol? I think David A. is a cute kid and humble. Plus he can sing! I think David C. is good too, but he's kinda cocky. Anywho, I'm just ready for LOST!!!!!
Ok I loved Biggest loser. For some reason American Idol didn't record:( I am glad that person won!!
Who did you want to win?

Okay...so it was great to see you guys last weekend, I was really sad to come home. I REALLY want you guys to get the job in Sarasota.
These sandwiches are the best. I made them when the missionaries came for dinner once and they kept saying my cooking was like that of a fancy restaurant. YEAH!
BTW: On American Idol I am totally rooting for David Cook -- he totally outsings and performs all of the rest of them by a mile.
I was SO happy about Biggest Loser. I probably lost a pound crying because it was so great to see all of these people succeed! Yay no brothers won! Do you want to try and do Park City in July after your harper trip? CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE MINUTES!
That looks so yummy! I'm going to try it - Mitch loves french dip!
Thanks for the recipe! I'm totally going to try it. Thomas is so cute!
I tried your fajitas tonight and they were awesome!! Keep the recipes coming. I will be in Logan on the 3rd and 4th, hopefully we can find some time to get together. My brother and his wife are graduating on the 3rd at about 12:00 and 2:00 something like that. I will give you a call when I am in town if thats ok. Can't wait to see ya!!
Sweet dude. I usually like to rock out to Rascal Flats while I'm doing a little cooking, BUT all sarcasm aside (because this is serious) Death Cab is one of my favorite bands, so as they say 'props'. "Indie-Rock and Roll is what I want" Just kidding that's a gay quote by a good band. By the way Ash, I'm going to see our Jacky boy again this summer. It won't be the same without you.
what the crap, with all your cleaning, cooking, baby producing and perfect hair it just makes the rest of the people like me seem a bit not-as-good-wifey. really, is it truly as easy as it looks? cause giiiiiiiiiirl, you make it look easy.
oh, and don't tell ryan about all this food. after ten years i have him convinced that cocoa puffs can be a mans meal
Thanks for the recipe, Ashley! It sounds ymummy and I'm going to try it!
