What A Weekend!

Well this was the first weekend in a long time that we put on our short sleeved shirts and headed out. The weather was beautiful and hopefully spring can now officially begin. We went to this park about 20 minutes away called "Ryan's Park." It's possibly the coolest park I have ever seen. Everything was donated including labor in memorial of a little boy who passed away named Ryan. It's huge and built for kids young and old. Thomas loves going down the slides head first on his belly. It's pretty funny. He learned how to say dog and bark that day too. We couldn't get enough of it. We spent a few hours there where Thomas learned how to drive a boat, space ship, and a car, and became a knight. (You'll notice in the knight picture Rapunzul's long blonde hair. He was about to hop on and save her.)

We went home and Thomas hadn't had had enough park time so we played in our park behind our house for a couple more hours. Not only did he dig in the sand for the time, but Nolan decided he would edge the cement around the sandbox, haul all the old grass away, and transfer the shifted sand to the low spots in the area. It was pretty entertaining to watch my two guys each with their shovels getting the job done.

Our weekend highlights were going to see my friend in the hospital who just had a baby boy, and our good friends from Florida came to our house along with some other friends for a few hours. We at pizza and played games like the old days. It was a lot of fun and we're hoping to live by them again someday. Another big one is THOMAS IS IN NURSERY!! He did okay, but I had to sub so I was there with him anyway. Hopefully he gets to love it.

The downfall of the weekend was we had some people really interested in the ol' townhome. They were going to sign on Saturday, but she ended up being put back in the hospital for blood clots in her lungs and it's more serious this time. They're not sure if they can live in a place with stairs, so hopefully the right people come along.

I especially love the pic of Thomas in the Mailbu. I wonder if it reminded him of his only Arnesen cousing, our Malibu. Did you know we are seriously considering naming a girl that? Mali and Boo for a middle name? No wonder we can't get pregnant...

That park looks so fun! I love it when the weather gets nice enough that you can go outside and play. I am sorry about the people not being able to sign on your town home. I'm sure the right people will come along!!

Where is that park at? Must be new cause I don't remember it. LUCKY!!! I'm glad Thomas could get out and play lots. Maybe we'll have to take kaleb there when we come in July. I'm sad that buyer didn't work out, but they'll be more offers! That's crazy thomas is in nursery! What a big boy.

That park looked awesome. How fun to get out and do something different. 18 weeks pregnant, that's crazy. And I haven't even seen you for any of it....sad. So are you guys still thinking of keeping the big baby news a secret from everyone? Talk to you soon

Do you get to have your ultra sound soon? Did you say you weren't going to tell what it is? Or was that someone else? I don't think I could stand it.
