Well after my last post I had a lot of comment and questions about the food dehydrator, so I thought I would quickly answer and comment back.
1. I did kiwis strawberries, apples, and bananas. The kiwis are everyones favorite, and are in season right now at only $.30 a piece. I just peeled them, and cubed them. They were DELICIOUS!
2. The strawberries I just cubed in about 8 pieces, then I used a sheet that is for strawberries so they don't stick to the tray. They turned out well, but really little and probably not worth the time.
3. I haven't tried doing veggies, but might, we'll see. I will have to try the fruit roll-up idea. I am excited, and to do pears when they come in season. Thanks everyone.
We're in Boise until Monday. Nolans brother is going through the temple on Saturday he got his mission call to Toronto Canada. So exciting. We will be spending the weekend with his family in Malta. I'll blog all about it.

Way to go! That's awesome. Fruit leather is amazing...that's what I was going to suggest. I love those pictures of the cross dressing! HAHaha. You guys are so funny. Have fun in Boise for me. :)
You should try beef jerkey!!
I've never even bought a kiwi before. I should give it a try, especially if they're that cheap! That's neat about Nolan's brother. Zach put his papers in today! Have fun with all your trips!
My BIL served his mission in Toronto. He loved it. If you need any advice please email me and I can pass it on.
I am going to try the kiwi idea it sounds yummy. On my strawberries I cut them into quarters and they work a lot better I found.
I'm totally envious and impressed by your dehydrated food. Good work! I just told Bryan that is a great gift idea, hint, hint! Hope you have fun in Boise.
