Well we decided we needed to go camping one more time before it got too cold.
I dragged my feet quite a bit, but Nolan loves it so he did all the work and I couldn't complain. We invited like 5 other couples to join us, too bad we are such losers and they all canceled haha! The Jorgensens pitied us and spent the first night eating dinner, and roasting smores with us so that was fun. 
Thomas had so much fun throwing the rocks into the river, 
while Grace crawled around on her hands and knees watching in the rocks. I know sounds painful, but she didn't mind. They both slept pretty well all night, and we were prepared and didn't get cold! Yipee. 
Unfortunately a huge thunderstorm hit us in the early morning and Grace was a little scared but calmed down after a couple minutes of crying. We brought our bikes up and went on a 5 mile ride the next morning. It was so much fun, he perfect ride. Of course I didn't have to pull the kids.Funny story. The water wasn't working so to flush the toilets you had to bring a bucket from the river to pour in so all the kids were using the same one. I asked Thomas is he needed to go poo poo or tee tee and the lady in front of me turned and was like "Oh I just have to pee."
I responded, " Oh I was asking my son, I would never ask you that."
Then she said"yeah I thought it was strange that you wanted to know."
SO Embarrassing!!

How fun to go camping again! We haven't even gone this summer. I miss camping, it gets harder the more kids you get. Our older kids miss it too. Maybe next year.
I love the part about asking the lady to poo or pee! That is awesome.
hahahaha, hilarious!! I can seriously picture you telling her, "I'd never ask you that." hahaha. You make me laugh. Fun trip! We have yet to take Stone! Actually, we have yet to ever camp as a couple, even!! Yikes!
I am laughing! I can't believe she answered. I would have totally ignored you even if I thought you were talking to me. I am glad you guys still went camping even though your friends ditched. Way to be the die hards.
How come it's too late to post about it? Hope not cause I still need to :) Glad Nolan talked you into going. Braydan dragged me too but it was fun. It's just a lot of work for a short trip right? How come that one picture of Grace looks like she's not camping :) Did you bring chairs and boosters in the wilderness? That's a funny story about the lady. She's the weird one to answer!
Uhhh ok so we had a blast no pity going on there. I was waiting for you guys to show up on my door step when the thunder storm started....you never came =0(.

Wow...you are brave. The thought of taking Ian camping still makes me nervous. That is funny about the bathroom story -great laugh right before bed. Thanks. Glad you are all doing well.
P.S. I can't believe how grown up Grace is looking it seems like she should still be a baby. She is a doll!

That's hilarious that she would really think you'd ask her that! And even if you were asking, like you'd say poo poo or pee pee to her. That made me laugh! Grace is looking so much like a little girl - not so much baby anymore. I can't belive she's gonna be 1 in a few days!
Hahaha. I can't believe that lady thought you were talking to her!! That is so funny. Camping is so fun, why don't other people realize this!? We've had everyone cancel on us before, too. It's a bummer. Looks like you had a lot of fun, though. They missed out. :)
