I failed to mention that the first day we were here they came over to our hotel and walked around Alexandria, and ate dinner with us. They have 5 kids and one on the way, so Thomas and Grace have fun running around with them. We went over to their house over Easter weekend and it was nice to be in an actual house again.
The kids played while we enjoyed conference, and then they dyed eggs. These pictures were taken from my brothers camera and I cropped them just in case you didn't want on the blog Sarah:-)
Easter morning we woke up and had a little Easter egg hunt in our hotel room. The kids followed the grass to their baskets, they were pretty excited about all the candy. I'd have pictures, but sadly our camera that we bought just a year and a half ago was stolen that morning. We were going to our car and somewhere between our room and car we dropped it and realized once we got to the car what had happened so we traced our steps back, but it was gone. So we've ordered a new one to not loose to many moments while we're in D.C. So frustrating. Anyways, after the camera incident we drove back to my brothers for some more conference and a great ham dinner they made for us. It was a relaxing and uplifting day. The weather is great here, today was actually almost too hot to be at the park.
They really made it a nice holiday for us. I was worried we wouldn't do much since we were away from home and in a hotel, but the kids had a blast. Hopefully we'll be seeing lots more of our awesome Blodgett cousins while we're here.

That stinks about your camera! I get so mad when our stuff gets stolen - jerks! So glad you had a fun Easter. I remember living in Dugway and hanging out with Danni (sorry - that is how Mitch makes me spell it ;) He cracks me up!
Oh man! I'm sorry your camera was stolen. Luckily you had most of your pictures already downloaded. I had 100's on ours when it was stolen. D.C. looks beautiful. You're so lucky you're there when the cherry blossoms are out! Take lots of pictures for me. I'm glad you've been able to see Jill and your brother. How great! Looks like you had a fun Easter and could be in a house. We love you guys and hope you will continue to have a good and safe trip.
That's awful about your camera! Sorry to hear! Glad you had fun with family. Danny is your brother that used to come to the dorms and our apt, right? I liked him, he was nice. Glad you had a great Easter!

Dumb people. I hope you get your new one soon. Enjoy the warm weather. It's still in the 40's here. Stinks! Keep having fun!

That's cool they have a house to stay in. Makes Easter easier! So sad about the camera! I would cry. What did you buy for a new one?
How fun to see so much family out there. I heard it was like 90 degrees in DC yesterday. I sure would enjoy that. I love hearing and seeing all of your happenings. I'm working on a blog update and an email, hopefully one of these days.
