So every time my kids have a birthday the whole WEEK before I get anxious that time has gone by too fast, and I don't want them to change. I wonder if I will get over this. Grace is my baby though and it's especially hard. Haha, when Thomas turned two we already had another one month old, and I can't even imagine being that way with Grace. We had a great party though. We went out to eat and played at the park, she was pretty happy. 
That is how I would describe Grace now, so happy. She is either extremely happy or can go to the biggest tantrums in a seconds time when she doesn't get something she wants. Hardly any middle ground, I think it's a girl thing:-) But if she hears music, she's always moving to the beat. I laugh so hard, when we are anywhere, and the radio is on and she just starts a moving. So I had to put a couple videos of it. She really tries hard to repeat my words haha, and keep her rhythm as Thomas crashes into her!
Her favorite song for me to sing is "Your love is my drug." Both she and Thomas request it. Grace talks a lot and I love hearing her little voice come out.
She got a new kitchen, dishes to match, and an apron and chef's hat.
She also got a cute tu tu, necklace and chalk from friends that were there.
Her cake was definitely not one of the favorites that we have done, but this week has been hectic, and I ran out of time! It was a disappointment for me because usually I really like to go all out on them, but maybe this is just how it gets as kids get older, and life gets more busy? You can see Grace didn't mind, she loves NEMO, and she went head first to eat it before I could get the plates and forks. 
This video is my favorite because she just keeps saying HAPPY over and over.Our friends brought this jumper that all the kids had fun playing in, it was definitely a great day!

Happy Birthday Gracie!! She looks so happy in all her pictures! And SO cute! I love the apron and the big chef hat. That was a very fun present. I think my favorite part is in the cake video when you put your hand over Thomas' mouth so that Grace can blow out her candles. haha

What a fun birthday! And I think the cake looks fabulous! Wow, an you even imagine having a 1 month old right now?! I can't believe she is already 2. Time flies, and I totally get that same anxious feeling and just want time to freeze!
ALSO, a girl in my new ward is from Walla Walla! I think her mom has watched Thomas before! I will send you a message on FB.

TOO FUN! I love birthdays. Your little Grace looks like an angel and sounds so sweet. Love the kitchen and apron. Is Grace loving it? Best toy ever I think. Your cakes are always great...I love the part of her saying happy, happy...she does seem like such a happy girl. Great memories for you guys!

I love all those videos! She's so cute dancing around :) Our babies are growing up. I feel the same about having another one. Eliza still feels like my little baby. The cake looks great silly. And the kitchen . . . awesome! Kaleb would play with that too :)

Her hair seems so much more blonde and it seems like you were just posting baby pics of her a few months ago. Time is flying. I love her kitchen too. I wish I looked that cute in a chef hat & apron! : )
Wow! What a fun post. Her birthday looked like a hit. I love the kitchen, apron, hat, etc. She'll love that for a long time. Savannah's getting a cash register and shopping cart for Christmas (& she'll be four). Is that a Pottery Barn kitchen? Wow! Pretty spoiled! I love the cake. That would be a good one for me. Mine don't usually make it out of the pan! Grace is so cute in all her videos. Love the "Happy, Happy, Happy" one the best too. She's so cute! I love two year olds no matter what people say about them. You'll have a fun year with her.
