Well as I'm in my last month of this pregnancy I thought I'd jot down a few details to remember. It really has been a good pregnancy. When I hear how hard some other women have it when they're pregnant I try and tell myself to be grateful and not complain. I don't get swollen, super sick, have to go on bed rest, or have any major concerns etc. But still when you're 30 pounds heavier with an aching back and 2 energetic kids sometimes I forget to tell myself to be grateful I don't have those things and I start complaining.

This pregnancy has been much different for a few different reasons.
***I've already gained 30 pounds as of yesterday, with my other two I was right at about 25/28 at delivery, not a big difference, but you'd like to be less not more right?
***I've ditched the potato and french fry cravings that I had with Thomas and Grace, and have been obsessed with yogurt and granola, I think I've had it every day. Also this cereal is my biggest obsession, I eat it like popcorn.

***I've never had the back pain like I have this time. It's been pretty persistent since about 20 weeks and I am sure going to a chiropractor would help tremendously, but I am weird about Dr.'s visits. Maybe I'd be more inclined if we were closer to town.
***I've never taken a belly shot, but I feel bigger on this one than I remember so I wanted to take a picture to document it for the next ones :-) Nolan doesn't love that I am posting it :-)

***We didn't find out what we're having on this one. For all of you who think we know and aren't telling, I promise we don't know. At about 30 weeks I was mere seconds from calling the hospital and finding out and keeping it a secret, but I told myself just to see this through and enjoy the surprise at 40 weeks. Now I am elated for this baby to make it's reveal in less than 3 weeks! As far as any indicator as to what it could be, I'm pretty clueless. My BEST guess is girl, but it's about 70% and only that because I was pretty sure I didn't catch any you know what in the 20 week ultrasound.
***I am dilated to a 1 still, but I am happy about it still because I have never dilated early with the other two. The baby has dropped, but I am still thinking I'll go on my due date or later.

Love the belly shots! So excited for you! I am impressed that you have the patience to wait to find out what you are having. I bet the kids are excited too. You are almost done, hang in there!
I love your belly! If I looked like you when I'm pregnant, I'd have 2 dozen kids just to look cute pregnant :)
I'm excited for you. Wish I knew I'd get to see you and the new one some time soon. Maybe this summer!!
You look great my friend! Brooke keeps asking if Thomas's mom had her baby yet and if it is a boy or a girl, it is kinda cute!!!! Good Luck, I am so excited for ya!
You look so good! I wish I looked like that at eight mos, I get all bloated and it's not pretty. Can't wait to hear what you're going to have, how exciting to wait to find out. :)
I was going to ask you if you had found out if you had dialated anymore today. That is when I was handing you your road-rashed game. But then I forgot. Love your belly shots. You are almost to the finish line. Can't wait to find out what he/she is!!
Thanks for the update! I've been wanting to call you to see how you're doing. It's okay to complain! Babies are hard on a body. I'm sorry about your back! You look awesome though. I can't wait to see what you're having! And I can't WAIT to be closer to you guys. That will be so fun. Love you
I think you look pretty cute and tiny.. Definitely each pregnancy was different for me.. I think you look great for having 3 weeks left !! can't wait to hear what you are having
and how about that shirt and pants? you rock pregnancy. when I see your belly I think two things:
you should model maternity stuff
and
ouch! the paiN!
Ashley you look great. That is also great that you love granola and yogurt!!! I am with RaeAnn....you look great but it does look painful like your skinny little body isn't meant to stretch that much. I am soooo excited for you guys!!
Cute belly! You can practically see the baby in there! Awesome you're waiting to find out, can't wait to see all the cute pictures of his/her birth, good luck!
Cute! I'm excited for baby to come! I'm guessing girl...
YAH for the belly shot! Since you're naturally so tiny and skinny, it looks like you are stretched as far as you can go! How does your skin look so perfect still?! Good for you and your patience in finding out the gender! I always thought once I had a boy and a girl, I'd wait, but I think we'll find out in a few weeks. I just don't have the patience! I wish we lived closer.
Your patience in finally going to pay off soon! It would be so fun to have a suprise! You look so good prego, it almost makes me want to be prego again,HAHA! I agree you should model! Good luck over the next few weeks, I can't wait to see the new addition!
Stating and seconding the obvious, doesn't look like you've gained 30lbs, really, looks all belly and nothing else, which is awesome. Back pain is no good whether your pregnancy is super awesome every other way or not...hated it. Can't wait to meet this little whatchamacallit. Secretly I hope it's a girl so that we can take 3 girl pictures in May...Can't wait Ash...
Also I forgot, but I love bare belly pics...freaking so crazy awesome looking...And al the veins going to your belly...and a human being INSIDE....so wild.
Wait, not that I saw veins on yours, but I looked like the invisible man..with all that blood food going to Amelia and thought it was awesome looking...make sense? Just know that I think you're awesome. the end
You are amazing. I'm not pregnant, but I am a cereal, granola and yogurt addict. Have you tried Go Lean Crunch with Chobani Vanilla Greek yogurt and dried blueberries...ummm my addiction...every night.
ANYWAY, you are beautiful! I am so happy for you...and just a bit jealous that you don't have stretch marks all over that pretty belly. Good for you though.
I can't wait for "the big reveal" of who this little Harper is.
Love hearing all about it, Ash! You are such a cute pregnant lady! Hope things continue to go well and I hope I get the opportunity to have a surprise pregnancy someday. That is so exciting. I can't wait to hear what it is!!
