Thomas' first year of Basketball

 Thomas had his first year of basketball in March. He was with 4 other kids from his class, and his two coaches were 2 eighth graders. They did a good job with them.
He had four games and 8 practices. It was pretty comical watching the first game. I would call it more football tackle than basketball, but they really improved and learned a lot.

 We did have a shot in the wrong basket every game which was always pretty embarrassing for the kid. Thomas was a good little ball player. I was impressed. Nolan had worked him him quite a bit before. But he was really good at staying with his person that he was suppose to guard the whole time.

 He took a few shots each game and made a lot of them. He just would get pretty upset about losing. They didn't even keep score but he did in his head. We got to work on that with him. I love this last one of him watching his ball go in. He'd always end up right under the hoop when he'd shoot and it'd hit him in the head.
